Maybe he needs to come and talk to you mum about what is going on, depending on the relationship they have now. Any way, I think you need to worry about yourself first and foremost. This is going to sound super cliché but it’s not your fault. It seems to me that you’re trying to look after you mother which is great, she needs you, but it seems like you’re ignoring yourself. It’s great you have come for advice, that’s the first step. I think you should talk to you mother about how you are feeling and to a councillor. Please don’t harm yourself. I am here for you! Talk to me when ever you need. Oh and don’t let go of your friends, you need them around and their support. I pushed my friends away when I was self harming which only made me feel more alone.
